Kilmokea County Manor and Gardens is a member of 'Hidden Ireland' - a unique collection of private heritage houses open to guests in Ireland. This fine Irish country house with its heritage gardens combines a beautiful location with high quality food, fine wines and luxurious guest accommodation, which allows the guest a chance to experience Irish country life at its very best.

For the musically inclined there is a baby grand piano in the lounge, where home-made afternoon teas are served. Kilmokea has become an 'elegant hide-away' for people from all over the world wishing to find that perfect spot of tranquillity away from the stresses of modern day living. For those wishing the ultimate in relaxation enjoy a walk around the gardens or partake one of the aromatherapy treatments that are offered to guests in the afternoons.

Kilmokea is open to non residents and house guests for light lunches in the Pink Tea Cup Garden Cafe daily from 12 noon to 3pm and for Dinner in the Peacock dining room from 7.30pm. Guests enjoy gastronomic delights made from fresh seasonal produce grown in the hotel's organic gardens.

In addition to the guest accommodation within the house, Kilmokea also offers Self Catering accommodation in the Coach House, which was restored in 1999 and the Garden Suite, which was converted from the original Granary and offers views of the Italianate Garden through a large rose window. Guests may enjoy . . . An enchanting walled garden. A woodland garden packed with Camellias, Rhododendrons and Candelabra Primulas. Tennis, indoor swimming pool, sauna & jacussi, fishing, Aromatherapy treatments and above all . . . relaxation and a warm hospitality.
